• สำหรับลูกค้าที่มีการโอนเงินผ่านทางธนาคาร หลังจากทำการชำระสินค้าแล้ว กรุณาส่ง E-mail, โทรแจ้ง,  หรือ ส่ง SMS มาที่เบอร์ 081.632.2355

การจัดส่ง
• เราใช้บริการ EMS (ไปรษณีย์ไทย) ในการจัดส่งสินค้า แต่ทั้งนี้ถ้าทางลูกค้าบางท่านมีความประสงค์ให้เราจัดส่งในทางอื่นกรุณาแจ้ง ให้กับทางเราทราบ
• สินค้าจะถูกจัดส่ง ภายใน 1 อาทิตย์ (หลังชำระค่าสินค้า)
• ค่าส่ง EMS ปลายทางในประเทศ ค่าส่งชิ้นละ 50 บาท

การคืนสินค้า
• สินค้าจะต้องถูกส่งคืนมาให้ทางเราภายใน 2 อาทิตย์หลังจากที่ท่านได้รับสินค้า
• สินค้าจะต้องไม่ผ่านการซัก รีด และใช้มาก่อน มิฉะนั้นทางเราจะไม่รับคืนสินค้า (ยกเว้นในกรณีสินค้าชำรุด)
• ค่าบริการส่งไปรษณีย์ และพัสดุ จะถูกคืนเฉพาะกรณีเท่านั้ัน

• Please make sure your shipping information (name & address) is correct (We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.)

• We shipp your order within 1 week after payment has cleared. Once an item has shipped and left our warehouse, international delivery times are typically between 7-21 business days but can vary due to Customs (your country) and the country’s postal service.

Return Policy
• Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable.
• Items that have been wash is non-returnable.
• Item must be returned to us within 2 weeks after delivered.
• If an item arrived damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the situation.
